Now affiliated with Farrell Fine Homes, I began my Phoenix, Arizona real estate career in 1984. Since then, I have established a constant client base built on referrals from past clients and the respect of my colleagues. I’ve been a Phoenix resident since 1964 (that’s a native here) so I’m a natural when it comes to matching the right Phoenix or Scottsdale neighborhood to your interests and needs.

I am fiercely committed to the real estate profession.  Over the years spanning my career as a real estate agent, I have always made time to invest in my education.  Understanding that a broad base of knowledge directly benefits my clients, I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. In addition, I have earned the coveted GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), the e-PRO (Internet Professional), and most recently, the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property  Expert).  This last designation was expressly designed for the real estate agent committed to assisting homeowners facing potential foreclosure in a trying real estate market.

Many agents have adopted a “team” approach to selling real estate where several associates work together trying to keep track of where a client is in the selling or buying process. But, hectic schedules and miscommunication often interfere in the process resulting in frustration on many levels. Personal attention cannot be maintained with several points of contact. I have the strength, dedication, and energy to handle your real estate needs on a one on one basis. Though this philosophy keeps me very busy, each one of my clients feels like my only client.
