Arizona Short Sales – Opportunity is Knocking…But For How Long?

In the current real estate market, there is no shortage of sellers facing foreclosure. Short sales in Arizona are plentiful and with interest rates at all time record lows, now could be the time to purchase a new home.
Although it’s human nature to want to buy at the best price, consider this as well. Pending home sales are on the increase, and as the arizona distressed property inventory decreases, so will opportunities.
If you are a financially stable buyer with available down payment funds, now is the time to make a solid real estate investment.
